谈述职报告内容构成的规范性

随着我国人事制度改革的逐步深化,领导者述职的重要性和必要性进一步得以彰显,述职报告的撰写已经成为各级领导必须完成的一项重要任务.但在实际工作中,笔者发现为数不少的领导的述职报告尚欠规范,本文拟从述职报告中德、能、勤、绩的逻辑构成方面谈谈自己的浅见,以期见教于大方之家.

With the gradual Promotion of the personnel system's reform in our country, the importance and necessity of the leaders' report on debriefing their mission can be reflected further, and the writing of it has already become an important task. But in reality their reports have been found irregulatory. The paper focuses on the logical structure of the report from moral, ability, diligence and achivement, hoping the scholar's advice.
