| 摘 要： | 探讨了1910年发生于上海的橡皮股票风潮的原因、经过，并从资金、资本两市场的关系角度，对清末金融市场的特征作了分析，认为清末“金融自由化”、资金、资本两市场不健全及由此决定的投机性过强，是这场金融风潮的根源。

| Abstract: | The article describes the causes and the process of the Rubber Share Market Agitation in 1910 and analyzes the financial market of the late Qing Dynasty. The causes leading to this financial agitation were Financial Liberalization, the incompleteness of the fund and capital market,and the resulting over-violent speculation. |
