| 摘 要： | 近年来我国远程高等教育尽管有了长足的发展,然而不可否认的是,与普通高等教育相比,远程高等教育在公众心目中一直处于边缘地位,远程高等教育的毕业生与普通高等教育的毕业生相比,前者在就业市场中也处于明显劣势.本研究通过引入组织社会资本的概念,指出远程高等教育处于劣势的部分原因在于组织社会资本的缺乏;研究者并且通过介绍其他学科对于组织社会资本的研究,提出了通过构建组织社会资本,从而促进远程高等教育发展的一系列建议. |
