| Abstract: | Spur gear drives are designed based on fuzzy optimization theory. The fuzziness of many complex factors in designing spur gear drives is described and processed quantitatively with the two_stage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and a much more compact structure has been achieved than in conventional optimization design. This shows that the fuzzy optimization design is a more practical and scientific design method. |
