近十年我国农村教育类课题立项的现状与特征——基于全国教育科学规划课题的量化分析

摘    要:农村教育既是我国教育事业发展的重要构成,也是教育科学研究的关键领域。通过对2010—2019年全国教育科学规划农村教育类立项课题的量化分析发现:我国农村教育研究仍相对薄弱,高级别课题立项尤显不足;立项地域分布整体较均衡,立项单位明显以师范类高校为主,且非“双一流”高校是研究主体;研究内容偏社会热点和教师发展,相对忽视理论建构与课程教学。为此,研究建议加大对农村教育课题投入力度,推进高级别立项成果产出;鼓励多类型、高水平院校关注农村教育研究,引导跨机构、跨组织的协同研究;强化农村教育理论研究与过程研究,逐步实现研究的内在自主与理论自觉等。

Abstract:Rural education is an important component of the development of education in China,and it is also a key field of educational science research.Based on the quantitative analysis of the projects of rural education in the National Educational Science Program 2010-2019,it is found that the research on rural education in China is still relatively weak,and the high-level projects are especially inadequate.The regional distribution of the project is relatively balanced.Normal universities are the main units of the project,and non-Double-First-Class universities are the main research subjects.The research content is biased towards social hot spots and teacher development,and relatively neglects theoretical construction and curriculum teaching.Therefore,it is suggested to increase investment in rural education research and promote the output of high-level research results,encourage multi-type and high-level institutions to pay attention to rural education research and guide collaborative research across institutions and organizations,strengthen the theoretical research and process research of rural education,and gradually realize the inherent autonomy and theoretical consciousness of research.
