一流教学实验室建设的思考

摘    要:实验教学作为培养复合型创新人才的必要环节,是高校教学体系中的重要组成部分,是对课堂所学理论知识的直观认识和巩固加深,是培养学生实践动手能力和创新能力的重要途径。教学实验室作为实验教学的重要平台,是高校“双一流”建设中必不可少的重要支撑条件,其建设与管理水平对实验教学质量有重要影响。从如何做好顶层规划设计、创建先进的实验条件、构建合理的管理机制、建设高水平的实验教学队伍和开展科学的实验室工作考核等方面入手,探讨如何建设一流教学实验室。

Abstract:Experimental teaching,as a necessary content of cultivating compound innovative talents,is an important part of the teaching system of colleges and universities.It is the intuitive understanding and consolidation of theoretical knowledge learned in classrooms.It is an important way to cultivate students’practical ability and innovative ability.As an important platform for experimental teaching,the teaching laboratory is an essential supporting condition for the"double first-class"construction of colleges and universities.Its construction and management level have an important impact on the quality of experimental teaching.This paper discusses how to build a first-class teaching laboratory from the following aspects:how to do a good job in top-level planning and design,how to create advanced experimental conditions,how to build a reasonable management mechanism,how to build a high-level experimental teaching team and how to carry out scientific laboratory work assessment.
