高校化学实验安全培训的深化及思考

高校化学实验安全是高校安全工作的重中之重。结合实际,就高校化学实验安全培训的现状进行了分析。指出现行安全培训,在形式方面存在重理论轻实践的问题;在内容方面存在重全面轻特色的问题;在效果方面存在理论和实际应用相脱节的问题;在安全演习方面存在受训面窄且缺乏系统性和持续性的问题。在此分析基础上,就深化高校化学实验安全培训,在强化实践、允许试错、规范操作和应对有素等多个方面,提出了合理化建议。认为通过增加配套实践性培训和考核,不但有助于完善实验室安全准入体系;而且可通过规范学生操作来培养学生良好的实验习惯,从而在源头上规避化学实验安全隐患。

Thoughts on Deepening the Training on Chemistry Experiment Safety in Universities

Chemistry experiment education on safety is critical for the safety control in universities and colleges.Based on experiences,the disadvantages of the running safety training system have been analyzed.And problems,such as focusing on theory,disconnection between the theory and application,and lack of specialization and practice,should be noticed.Further discussions on deepening the training on chemistry experiment safety suggest that supporting training on experiment operation control and safety protection will be helpful to improve the laboratory security access system,and avoid the potential hazard at the beginning.
