| 摘 要： | 依据高等教育信息化体系建设的国家战略目标,提出了高教信息化体系建设的基本理念。详细论述了信息化内容动态多维演化、架构绿色创新布局、微单元可服务性设计,是高教信息化技术体系内涵建设的基础;科学、系统、生态化、动态、绿色、智慧是高校信息化体系建设的六大基本特征;通过构建基于SaaS、PaaS、IaaS服务的"绿色生态系统"旗舰SOA服务平台,可迅速推进信息技术与高等教育的深度融合。全文从高维度、多视角、全方位阐明了高校实验教学示范中心信息化体系建设基本方略。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the basic concept of higher education information system construction based on national strategic goals of higher education information system construction.It discusses in detail the important foundation of connotation construction of the higher education information technology system,i.e.,the information content dynamic multidimensional evolution,green innovation layout of system architecture,and information unit usability design.Six basic characteristics of the system construction is scientific,systematic,ecological,dynamic,green,and wisdom indexes.By building a"green ecosystem"flagship SOA service platform based on SaaS,PaaS,IaaS,a deep integration of information technology and higher education can be realized.This paper clarifies the basic strategy in university information system construction of experimental teaching demonstration center for from high-dimensional,multi-angle,all-round viewpoints. |
