摘    要:在创新驱动的发展战略下,社会对人才素质和能力的要求越来越高。高校对大学生进行创新型人才培养刻不容缓。环境学院对“环境微生物学实验”教学进行改革,在优化原教学内容的基础上,增设环境微生物自主实验。自主实验教学改革通过学生自己选题、设计和主导实验过程,引入环境学科前沿知识,培养大学生独立思维和批评思维能力。实践结果表明,自主实验在激发学生的学习热情、培养学生的创新能力、严谨求实的科学态度、团队协作精神方面成效显著。很好地提升了学生将知识进行融会贯通应用的能力,增强学生的创新意识和创新能力。

Abstract:Wtih the strategy of innovation-driven development,the demand for talent quality and ability is higher.It is urgent for universities to give more innovative training for students.The Environmental School of Nanjing University has reformed the teaching of Environmental Microbiology Experiments.On the basis of optimizing the original experiment content,the independent experiment of environmental microorganisms is introduced.The independent experimental reform of“environmental microbiology”introduces more frontier knowledge and trains students’ability of innovative through students independently selecting topic and arranging experimental process.Practice results show that independent experiments have achieved satisfied results in stimulating students’learning enthusiasm,cultivating students’innovative ability,scientific attitude and team spirit.It improves students’ability in integrating and applying knowledge,and enhances students’innovative consciousness and ability.
