| 摘 要： | 住宅智能化不仅成为一个时尚的话题，而且成为购房者衡量所购物业是否符合现代生活标准的一个重要砝码。但目前，对开发商而言，智能住宅小区还是各唱各的调；对消费者而言，智能住宅小区犹如“雾里看花”。本文试图从智能住宅小区的定义、模型及规划设计着手，对智能住宅小区进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Being a subject of present attention,the intellectualization of house has become an impor-tant faction in deciding whether the standard of a house is acceptable.But up till now,develop-ers still have different idea about it,and consumers only have the foggiest idea about it.This pa-per interprets what is an intellectualized residential district by concentrating on the definition,projecting and designing of it. |
