江西省普通高校高水平田径运动员文化学习管理现状调查与对策研究

采用问卷调查、数理统计、文献资料等研究方法，对江西省普通高校高水平田径运动员文化学习管理现状进行调查分析。结果表明：运动员入学时的文化水平较低；所选的专业单一，大部分集中在体育专业；用于文化课学习的时间远远不足，特别是一年级的运动员。针对这一状况提出的对策是：更新观念，科学审视“体教结合”；加强科学管理，规范管理体制；建立合理教学模式，缓解学训矛盾。

Survey and Countermeasures on the Present situation of the Study Management of High- level Track and Field Sports Athletes in the Colleges and Universities of Jiangxi Province

By using the methods of questionnaire, mathematiocal statistic,literature,the author analyzes the present situation tithe study management of high - level track and field sports athletes in the colleges and universities of Jiangxi Province.The results as follows：athletes＇ educational level is lower when they entered universities, the specialties selected by the athletes are unitary, the majority of which are centralized in the physical specialty, the time athletes used in literacy study are insufficient,especially freshman athletes.The strategies as follows： Relieving the idea barrier,surveying scientifically the combination of sports and education, strengthing the scientific management, standardizing the management system, establishing the reasonable educational mode, solving the contradiction between study and training.
