| Abstract: | College students' tuition-owing problem has in a great degree limited the competition of colleges that have a weak market in higher education field.This paper is to analyze the reasons for college students owing tuition and to bring forward some feasible proposals and countermeasures to solve the problem,so as to enable colleges to become stronger and stronger. |
