| Abstract: | The article analyses various new tasks and challenges faced by present colleges and universities in dealing with student's affairs, and puts forward a new idea of changing modes of thoughts, putting people first and emphasizing student's all-round development, which is to promote the reform and development of student's ideological and political work. |
