| 摘 要： | 教育离不开知识,却不能只传授知识。从根本上讲,教育是关乎人的精神世界的事业,人文精神和科学精神的塑造是教育之本。对研究型大学而言,精神的塑造尤其重要:发扬光大大学精神是提高教育质量、培养创新人才的治本之策,是不可推卸的社会责任。大学精神有着变化与不变的内涵,是共性与个性的统一。当前,特别要强调充分尊重教育对象,贯彻落实启发式教学原则,让教师在高水平研究与高质量教学的良性循环中,发扬光大大学精神;让学生在自主选择的过程中,通往学习自由与创新创业之路。
