略论高师美术专业理论教学的重要性

摘    要:长期以来在高师美术专业教学中存在着重技能轻理论的做法,与新形式下提高全民族文化素质的战略决策不吻合.目前高师美术专业培养的对象是从事中小学美术教育的师资人才,同样担负着素质教育的任务.要解决目前状况,必须从提高文化素质入手,提高高师美术专业文化课的高考录取分数线,缩短与同等文科考生的文化差距,从源头上根治后期教育困难的问题;改变目前高师美术专业课程设置中的重技法轻理论的不合理做法改善目前高师师资队伍的结构配置,通过人才培养,再教育等手段,加强高师美术专业的理论教育.只有采取有效的应对措施,才能真正收到理论与技法相结合,才能提高高师美术专业生的文化修养及综合素质,才能适应新时期的教育大发展.

Abstract:For a long time the teaching of the art specialty in higher teachers colleges stress skills at the expense of theory, which is not identical with the strategic policy to enhance the cultural quality of all people n the new situation. Nowadays the training targets of art specialties in higher teachers colleges are teachers engaging in art education in middle and primary schools, who also take on education for all-round development. To solve present conditions, we must start with enhancing the cultural quality to raise the admission line of college entrance examination of general knowledge courses of art specialties in higher teachers colleges, to narrow the cultural gap with the same examinees of liberal arts, fundamentally solving the problem of post education difficulty; to change the unreasonable practice of stressing skills at the expense of theory of the course arrangement of art specialties in higher teachers collages; to improve the structure allocation of teachers in higher teachers colleges; and to strengthen the theoretical education of art specialties in higher teachers collages by means of personnel training and reeducation. Only adopting effective measures, can we combine the theory with skills, improve the cultural training and the comprehensive quality of students of art specialties in higher teachers colleges and fit n with the education development of the new period.
