| 摘 要： | 洋务派急功近利，着意于经济近代化，而对自身已有一定认识的政治近代化，缺乏任何实质性的举措，从而错过了对民族、国家甚而自身统治都十分有利的绝佳契机，我国因此也失去了一次宝贵的发展资本主义的机遇。
