论“义利相统一”的社会价值导向

传统义利观中也有积极的一面，体现出一种着眼于整体利益的价值导向，人们的义利观，不仅要受到社会根本制度的制约，而且在同一种社会制度下，要受到不同的具体管理体制的影响，正视物质利益的基础作用，人们只有首先满足最基本的物质生活需要，才能从事其他活动，从法律的角度来看，义和利表现为公民的义务和权利，在社会主义条件下，国家利益和人民利益从根本讲是吻俣的，国家通过宏观调控，完全能够实现人民群众中的局部，个人利益与整个利用的统一。
