| 摘 要： | 对战略联盟中的公平对知识共享的影响作用进行了深入分析.结果显示,分配公平和程序公平对知识共享的影响都是正向的,而且关系承诺是这两类公平对知识共享的作用的中介变量.这一研究结论从全新的视角揭示了联盟公平与知识共享之间的关系,是战略联盟知识管理文献的进一步发展和新的贡献.

| Abstract: | With a deep analysis on the impact of justice of strategic alliance on knowledge sharing,we found that distributive justice and procedural justice have indirect positive impact on knowledge sharing,and it was mediated by relational commitment.This conclusion discovered the relationship between alliance justice and knowledge sharing from a new vision,and it made a new contribution to the development of strategic alliance management. |
