| 摘 要： | 法制教育的学科意识是指人们对法制教育作为一门学科所持的基本观念.法制教育属于马克思主义理论一级学科和思想政治教育二级学科,是思想政治教育学科的重要研究领域.法制教育的科学化包括法制教育研究、法制教育学、法制教育活动的科学化.增强法制教育的学科意识的过程,就是法制教育科学化的过程,是认识深化、理论自觉、实践自信的过程.

| Abstract: | The disciplinary awareness of legal education refers to the basic concept that legal education is a discipline. Legal education is an important research field of the discipline of ideological and political education which is a secondary discipline sub- ordinated to Marxism, a level - 1 discipline. The formation of disciplinary awareness of legal education is a natural result of the interaction of legal education and ideological and political education. The scientification of legal education includes the scientifica- tion of its researches and its educational activities. The process of strengthening the disciplinary awareness of legal education is a process of legal education scientification, which is a process of deepening understanding, being aware of the theoretical value, en- hancing self-confidence. |
