浅析新《消法》实施后的后悔权

2014年3月15日新《消费者权益保护法》正式实施。其规定消费者拥有后悔权，这是我国首次引入后悔权制度，有利于保护我国广大的消费者合法权益。由于其刚刚出台不久，法律的制定难免会有些笼统，在实施过程中也会存在一些问题。文章将针对新《消法》实施后存在的问题，并提出建议。

The New Consumer Protection Law be put into effect in March 15,2014. Consumers have a right to regret its provisions, which is the first time the introduction of regret right system, help to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the majority of consumers. Due to its newly released soon, will inevitably develop some general law, there will still be some problems in the implementation process.
