| 摘 要： | 房地产业作为重要的资本密集型行业，融资是其不可缺少的一个环节，近年来，随着房地产政策的持续调控，我国房地融资面临着诸多问题。文章尝试从房地产资金来源的角度，对现在的房地产市场投融资环境进行分析研究，并对国内房地产投融资渠道现状和发展的研究进行综述。
