同组互助观课——教师校本研训的新视野

摘    要:通过理论与实践两个层面审视我国基础教育新课程师资培训与反思传统教师培训模式弊端的基础上提出一种校本培训与教研的新模式———同组互助观课。以教研组集体备课,教师演练,“2+2”教学指导原则,改良再行动为课堂教学实验与研究的一种活动形式。充分发挥、利用教师自身的培训资源;坚持培训、教研相结合,学习、研究相结合;坚持跟踪指导,长期服务,全过程培训。

Abstract:Classroom observation of peer coaching as a new model of school-based training and teaching research has been put foward on the basis of rethinking the disadvantages of traditional teachers-training mode and closely looking at our country's teachers-training in elementary education from theory and practice.It is a form of teaching experiment and research,including group preparing lessons,teachers' drills,"2+2" teaching guidance and teaching improvement.It's important for us to make full use of teachers' training resources and insist on the combination of training and teaching research and persist in long-term guidance and training.
