| Abstract: | The management of university debt will not only directly affect long-term development of universities,but also have impact on the quality of higher education in China.How to regulate and manage this part of the debt funds and prevent the debt risks in order to improve the efficiency of higher education funds,is an urgent problem to be solved.Focusing on risks of financing leasehold by universities in Xinjiang,this paper mainly explores measures to prevent risks of financing leasehold by universities in Xinjiang.And through the expansion of university financing channels can increase the financial capacity to solve the problem of university funds limitation,as well as achieve the target of reducing financing leasehold risks. |
