| Abstract: | By analysing the regulation of results improving by years and effective factors of Chinese top long jumpers and triple-jumpers,the author sums up the experiences,discusses the existing problems and points out the relevant methods.Offering references for improving results of Chinese top long jumpers and training efficiency of teenagers. |
