| 摘 要： | 在当代,人权保障和法治建设已经成为人类政治文明进步的标志,同时这也是构建和谐社会的关键。传统社会的等级思想和身分化的权利观念不可能衍生出现代意义的人权观念,也不可能使普遍人权得以实现。现代和谐社会只有加强法治建设,才能使人权得以保障,促进人与社会的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | At present,guarantee of human rights and construction of the rule of law are the indications for the improvement of political civilization,and it is also the crucial to build up the harmonious society.The traditional legal system and the status' rights idea could not derive the human rights in the modern sense,and could not realize the universal human rights.Only the harmonious society with the construction of rule of law can guarantee the human rights and realize the harmony between person and society. |
