成人课堂讨论策略

摘    要:课堂讨论能培养成人学员判断性思维能力;帮助学员自己解决问题;培养人际交往技巧等。但课堂讨论又有不易控制、耗费时间和讨论结果难以预料等缺点。所以,教师组织课堂讨论应关注以下几个问题:问题设计合理化、座位编排多样化、分组方法科学化、教师行为民主化。评价学员多维化。

Abstract:The classroom discussion can train the students judge ability of thought,help the students solve the problems by them- selves,and it can train the students' ability of communicating.However the classroom discussion has some disadvantages,for example it is difficult to control,it wastes lot of time and it is difficult to forecast the result of the discussion.The teacher should pay attention to the following problems:the problem designation should be reasonable,the seat arrangement should be various,the way to divide groups should be scientific,the teacher behavior should be democratic,the evaluation with students should be diverse.
