| Abstract: | Education must be human-oriented, facilitating people's all-round and harmonious development. From the human-oriented perspective, it is necessary to have a correct understanding of the concept and goal of physical and health education in higher vocational colleges, consider the students as the principal part and encourage all students to enjoy actively and take the reality of the students in higher vocational colleges into consideration. |
