| 摘 要： | 创新文化是企业文化建设的重要组成部分，是企业的核心竞争力之一。文章旨在探讨知识经济时代企业文化与企业创新的关系，企业创新文化对企业创新的重大作用，并对在企业经营和管理信息化、人性化管理、分配制度创新、建立学习型组织方面如何加强企业创新文化建设进行了探索和研究。
