| Abstract: | Because of the great pressure of competition from work,young teachers are inclined to show psychological unbalance.They should learn to build harmonious interpersonal relationship and cultivate good sentiment from the beginning of improving cultural quality.They can experience the beauty of life by feeling human value and dignity and therefore they will love their work even more. |
