| 摘 要： | 高校学报是反映高校科研和教学成果为主的学术理论刊物,它是高校教学和科研工作的重要组成部分。与其他学术刊物相比,它不仅能传播科学文化知识,而且在培养高级专业人才和大学生素质教育方面也有自己独特的地位和作用。高校学报在高校建设中的功能定位:一是高校教学与科研的助推器;二是高校知识创新的媒介;三是人才培养的舞台。高校学报是高校建设与管理的重要组成部分,是高校提高教育教学质量的有力保证。

| Abstract: | The function orientation of academic journal in the construction of university is discussed in three aspects,which include: 1) the position of ideological and political education;2) a supplement to the teaching and research;3) a stage for knowledge innovation and talent training.Finally,it is also pointed out that the academic journal is an important part of the university's construction and management,and an effective guarantee to improve the quality of higher education. |
