| 摘 要： | 当前大学毕业生就业难,究竟难在何处?必须认真分析其根本原因。就高等职业技术教育大学生来说,有四条主要原因影响其就业。必须帮助大学生做好职业规划,开展多种活动帮助他们在学期间就针对职业岗位所需之能力有意识地提高,促进其就业理想的实现。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,it's quite difficult for students of higher vocational colleges to hunt jobs.Why does it happen? Its basic reason should be analyzed.As far as these stdudents are concerned,there are mainly 4 reasons affecting their job-huntting.Our duty is to help them make their occupation programming and hold as many as activities to help them develop the abilities that their future positions need.In this way we can help them find their ideal job. |
