摘    要:21世纪是知识经济时代,其时代特征在管理学领域,特别是人力资源管理领域的具体体现是人力资源管理的理论和工具不断地推陈出新,敦促着人力资源管理方式向信息化、科学化的技术手段转化。商业银行人力资源管理的信息化、科学化已经成为商业银行生存发展和不断创新的动力和支撑。

Abstract:21 Century is an era with knowledge-based economy.Many characteristics of this century did not exist in any of the past social development period.Some of them were even unimaginable.Detailed expression of the characteristics in management field is the ever evolution of HR management theories and tools,which urges the informationization and scientification of HR management methods.Under the new circumstance of a global opening-up finance sector,the informationization and scientification of HR management of commercial banks have become the energy and support for their existence,growth and innovation.
