地方高校毕业生就业状况分析与对策

地方高校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,其毕业生就业呈现区域性、应用性和局限性的特点,就业状况不容乐观,主要受到社会就业人数增多,用人单位人才高消费,就业市场环境不完善,毕业生就业观念滞后,高校专业和课程设置不合理以及毕业生实践能力不足等方面的影响。要改善地方高校毕业生的就业状况,必须加强政府宏观调控作用,建立和规范就业市场;必须深化高校教育改革,提高教学质量;必须积极开展实践活动,提高学生综合素质;必须转变就业观念,开展创业教育;必须加强就业指导,促进毕业生就业。

Analysis and Countermeasures of Job-hunting Situation of College Graduates from Local Colleges

Local colleges play an important part in higher education in China.The features of their graduate's job hunting are regionalism, utility and limitations.The situation of job-hunting is not pleasing,because of an increasing number of to-be-employed persons,employers' demand for graduates with higher educational background,imperfect job market,backward ideas of graduates,unreasonable curriculum and graduates' low ability of social practice.If the situation wants to be improved,the government must enforce the role of macro-control to establish and standardize the job market,deepen the reform of college education to improve the quality of teaching,actively carry out social practice to improve graduates' comprehensive quality,transform the ideas of job-hunting,develop career-making education,and reinforce the guidance of job-hunting to improve employment rate.
