Local colleges and universities have expanded in scale,because of their fast development in recent years.These results have been achieved through much educational input,which is a way of development through extension.In order to achieve sustainable development,the idea of running schools efficiently must be implemented.The atmosphere of efficient school running should be created within the campus,so as to build disciplines and specialties with special characteristics.The efficiency in management should be strengthened,and the ability to serve the locality both economically and socially promoted.In this way,a way of development through internal efforts could be followed.
