| 摘 要： | 我国对待未成年人犯罪的处置分为刑罚处置和非刑罚处置两种。传统的未成年人犯罪处置制度不能适应时代发展已成为不争的事实。重构我国未成年人犯罪处置制度势在必行。其中，建立健全社区矫正立法及社区矫正机构，科学设置社区矫正项目是构建我国未成年人犯罪处置社区矫正制度的三大基点。

| Abstract: | China's treatment of juvenile crime includes non-disposal and the disposal of penalties.It is an indisputable fact that the traditional juvenile crime disposal system can not adapt to the development of the times.Reconstruction of China's juvenile crime disposal system is imperative.Establishing and improving legislation and Community Corrections agencies,setting scientific community correction projects,are some of the basic tasks of building China's juvenile delinquency dealing and correcting system. |
