摘    要:在中学德育中,纯粹的说教对学生已不再奏效,要有效地向学生注入灵魂和精神的力量;就必须在师生之间架起心灵相通的桥梁。巧妙地利用情感效应,应当是当前中学德育工作的一个重要环节。正确的方法是:给学生倾诉的机会;用真诚和微笑燃起学生积极进取的希望之光;形成健康的心理小气候。

Theoretic Considerations on the Effectiveness of Moral Education at Middle Schools

Abstract:As regards moral education at middle schools, sheer preaching has failed to produce any effect upon students, thus a bridge of communication between teachers and students must be built so as to inject into students the power of the soul and the spirit. The ingenious use of emotive effect should be a key link in the current moral education at middle schools. The proper approach to moral education is to provide students with opportunities to listen, to motivate students to be vigorous and enterprising via sincerity and smiles, and to build up an environment of sound mentalitv.
