| 摘 要： | With an exploration of the correlations of the five laws of library science with the five principles of information resources construction, this paper discusses the embodiment of Ranganathan‘s eternal thought of taking the user as the center in the five principles, and analyzes the connotations and characteristics of the principles of information resources constmcfion so as to understand and grasp the practice of inforamtion resources construction at a higher level.
