| 摘 要： | 创造性叛逆分为创造性叛逆(或忠实的叛逆)和叛逆性创造(或叛逆的忠实)两大类,其创造性表明了译者以自己的艺术创造才能去接近和再现原作的一种主观努力,叛逆性反映了在翻译过程中译者为了到达某一主观愿望而造成的一种译作对原作的客观背离以及对译语的叛逆。创造性叛逆的主体是译者,不包括读者及其接受环境。

| Abstract: | Creative treason falls into two types: faithful treason and treasonous creation.Their creativity shows the translator's subjective effort to approach and reproduce the original with his or her artistic creative ability.Treason reflects the objective deviation of translations from the original due to the translator's efforts to make a certain wish come true.The subject of creative treason is the translator.The reader and the accepting context are irrelevant. |
