| 摘 要： | 通过分析现代产业体系的内涵,发现苏州构建现代产业体系面临资源环境约束、内生能力与品牌塑造能力不高、产业融合度及高端性偏低、人力资源与创新要素投入不足等问题,提出创新要素向本土经济转移、强化产业品牌体系构建及金融支持、制定"绿色一票否决"标准等相应的对策措施。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the connotations of modern industrial system.There are many problems existing in the process of building modern industrial system in Suzhou,which is re-sources and environments restrained,low endogenous capabilities and brand shaping ability not high,low level in industries combination and in high-end ability,insufficient investment in hu-man resources and inadequate innovation inputs.The corresponding measures are proposed to set up Suzhou？s modern industrial system,which are to transfer innovation elements to native economy,to enhance industry brand system establishment,to strengthen financial support and set “green one-vote veto”standards. |
