摘    要:为深化数学课程改革,搞好数学“双基”教学,数学课程应在课程目标上提倡训练性与实用性的平衡,课程内容上提倡基础性与教育性的兼顾,课程结构上提倡逻辑性与认知性的整合;数学教学则应在教学方法上追求讲练型与探究型的配合,教学手段上追求传统型与现代型的结合,教学评价上追求终结型与过程型的融合.

Abstract:With the purpose of deepening the mathematical course reform and doing well in the Two Bases teaching,mathematical courses should achieve a balance between training and application,between basis and development,between logic and cognition,mathematical teaching should mediate between explanation and exploration,between traditional methods and modern technology,between traditional tests and qualitative evaluation.
