| Abstract: | China's new leaders' proposal of a good-safe-and-rich neighbour liness enriches and develops her traditional foreign policy of friendly relation between neighbouring countries.China's development of economic society needs a peaceful and steady surrounding.Therefore,further enhancement of regional cooperation is the effective way to the realization of good-safe-and-rich neighbourliness. |
