| 摘 要： | 本文概述了我国现阶段高校金融专业毕业生实习的现状以及存在的问题,分析了问题产生的原因。针对这些原因,本文提出相应的合理措施来帮助高校金融专业的毕业生以及所在的高校完成毕业实习的任务。
