| 摘 要： | 高职高专院校毕业生流动党员是高校党员教育管理中的一个特殊群体。其数量呈现逐年快速增长的趋势。这项工作的效果关系到党组织的先进性和纯洁性，关系到党在群众中的威望，也关系到党的纪律的严肃性，必须引起足够重视，要以高度的政治责任感和使命感做好这项工作。新形势下，加强高职高专院校毕业生流动党员教育管理的对策和措施有：加强教育引导、健全基层组织、创新制度建设和创新管理方法。

| Abstract: | Recently the number of floating party member in vocational college graduates is increasing.The education and management of this special group is related to Party's development,prestige and discipline and thus should be paid much attention with sense of responsibility and mission.In the new time,the measures for the improvement in this field can be seen in educational inspiration,wellbuilt organization,innovative institution and flexible management. |
