| 摘 要： | 如何开展和加强社区党建，已成为我们当前亟待解决的重要课题。加强城市社区党建工作，是增强社区党组织创造力，提高党在社会影响力的必然要求。社区党建是一种以块为主，条块结合的区域性党建。抓好社区党建，就必须在工作内容、方式、载体等方面进行创新，努力形成社区“大党建”工作格局。
