农村中学教师流动与管理对策研究

摘    要:农村中学教师流动更多地表现出一种不合理的单向流动.这种"流动"是教育资源分布不均、教师工作条件和待遇悬殊的一种反映,也是我国基础教育发展不均衡的表现.要解决这一问题,必须加大对农村教育的投入,改善办学条件,提高农村中学教师的福利待遇,加强学校自身管理与调剂.

Abstract:The flow of rural middle school teachers demonstrates an unreasonable one-way movement obviously. The flow reflects the uneven distribution of educational resources, the disparity in teacher working conditions and treatment. It also shows that the educational development in our country is not balanced. To solve the problem, We must increase investment in rural education, improve teaching conditions and the benefits of rural school teachers and strengthen the management and regulation of schools.
