| 摘 要： | 以中国帆板队13名参加亚洲帆板锦标赛的运动员为研究对象,应用多项生理生化指标———血红蛋白(Hb)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、血尿素(BUN)、血乳酸(BLA)、晨脉(HR),对比赛进行了全程监测,并阐述了这些指标变化的机制。目的是为了解中国帆板队在亚锦赛期间参赛运动员的身体机能状态,探索符合帆板项目运动特点的实用有效的训练监测指标,并试图说明帆板运动的能量代谢特点,以填补国内在该领域研究的空白。
