论政府在休闲文明建设过程中的作为

随着社会进步和生产力的不断提高,休闲已经成为现代生活方式中日益重要的内容。但是,休闲在我国尚是新生事物,还存在诸多非文明甚至是反文明的成分,因此,加强休闲文明建设,成为当前构建社会主义和谐社会的重要环节。政府理智的、积极的、适时、适地、适度的参与休闲文明建设,引导和规范休闲行为,是休闲健康、有序、文明发展的必然要求。

On Function of Government in Building Process of Leisure Civilization

With the advance of the society and the continuous promotion of the productive force,leisure life has become an important aspect in the modern life.But,leisure life is still newly-born in our country,in which some non-civilization,even anti-civilization elments still exist.Therefore, strengthening the construction of civilized leisure life has become an important part of present harmonious socialist society.And it has become the necessary requirement of the healthy,orderly,civilized leisure development that the government should take part in the construction of civilization wisely,actively,properly,timely and suitably,lead and regularize the proper leisure life.
