| 摘 要： | 分析了当前专科学报编辑队伍现状--人数少、整体素质参差不齐、流失严重,指出专科学报编辑队伍素养提高的紧迫性,探讨了提高专科学报编辑素质的途径:爱业敬业,培养积极的职业情感;利用网络,改变工作、思维的模式;着重培养知识创新意识,提高知识创新能力;注重自我培养和学习,做学者型编辑.
