摘    要:从高校人才的培养目标出发,通过对高校人才培养与班级文化建设关系的探讨,提出了以组织多元活动建设为主的班级文化建设方案,将班级文化的建设作为人才培养的有力手段,强调从探索、传承、沟通、整合以及勇于担当时代精神几个方面培养人才的重要性。

Abstract:Aimed at training talents in universities and colleges,the thesis proposes the planning for the construction of class culture focused on the organization of multi-activities through the exploration of the relationship between the talents training and the construction of class culture.Besides,the thesis emphasizes the significance of training talents from the perspectives of exploration,transmission,communication,integration and the courage to take responsibilities in modern times by taking full advantage of the construction of class culture to train talents.
