利用“发展极”理论,促进西部经济开发

目前我国西部的现状决定了西部大开发的长期性和西部经济自身发展的不平衡性,在我国的开发投放力度相时不足的情况下,只能集中有限的资源优先发展优势地区。因此,西部经济的发展只能选择非均衡的发展模式,选择和确定若干重点地区,在国家开发政策的支持下,优先投入,优先发展,实行重点开发,使之形成西部经济发展的“发展极”,进而带动西部经济全面、持续、稳定的增长。

Using "Development Pole"Theory to Promote Economic Growth of the Western Regions in China

The existent conditions in west China determine the chronicity of the western development and unbalancedness of the economic development in the western regions. Since the Goverment's capital input into the west is relatively insufficient,limited resources should be mainly concentrated on the development of the welldeveloped areas.Therefore.the developing mode for the west should be a developing mode of disequilibrium.That is, priority should be given to investment and development for the chosen key areas in the west.under the support of developing policies of China. These areas will be growing into a "development pole"in the economic development in the west and they will spur an overall.sustainable and stable increase in the western economy.
